There is something electric about walking into a room full of people who genuinely love what they collect. On May 31, 2026, that energy filled every corner of the Metrotent Convention Center in Pasig City as Good Old Days returned for its sixth edition, and KidsCompanyPH was right in the middle of it with our very first Tech Deck booth.
Good Old Days is the biggest vintage flea market event in the Philippines. What started in 2022 as a small community gathering has grown into a full-blown cultural celebration, bringing together over 80 curated merchants, vintage fashion lovers, streetwear collectors, and creatives under one roof. This time, it was powered by TMP Industries and Season Pass, with live performances from Waiian, Kiyo, Gaspari, Uncle Dags, and Baby Freeze keeping the crowd moving from noon until close.
Good Old Days has always been about collecting culture, whether that means vintage clothing, rare sneakers, or hard-to-find treasures. Tech Deck fits perfectly into that world. Fingerboarding is a collector hobby at its core: limited designs, detailed boards, and a community that cares deeply about the craft.
Our booth featured a full range of Tech Deck products, from the popular 96mm Basic Fingerboards to the Shredline 360 Turntable Playset and Wood Funbox Ramps. We set up play areas where attendees could try tricks on obstacles, browse exclusive items, and connect with fellow fingerboard enthusiasts. The energy was exactly what we hoped for: kids discovering fingerboarding for the first time alongside seasoned adult collectors who already knew every board in the lineup.
The event reinforced our belief that connecting with niche communities in person is one of the most powerful things a brand can do. Online, you can reach people. At events like Good Old Days, you can actually belong to something.
This was our first, but it will not be our last. We are already planning more community activations, competitions, and events with the fingerboard scene in the months ahead.
