Return Policy
You may return your order if the items meet the following conditions:
Damaged
Arrived broken or with visible damage.
Defective
Not functioning properly or faulty.
Doesn’t Fit
Size or dimensions aren’t suitable.
Not as Advertised
Item differs from photo or description.
Wrong Item
You received a different product.
Steps to Process a Return
To initiate a return, simply send us an email at customercare@kidscompany.com.ph . Please include your Order Number, the Item(s) you wish to return, and the Reason for your return.
To qualify for a return, your request must be submitted
within the applicable time frame from the date of delivery:
- ✔ Within 7 calendar days for toys, clothing, shoes, inflatables, and collectibles
- ✔ Within 14 calendar days for baby gear and other bulky items too
Processing
Expect to receive your return or refund within 30 business days from the day we receive the disputed item. Please ensure that all disputed item(s) are returned in their original packaging to qualify for processing.
