Same- Day Pick-Up: Cut-off for order and payments is 12NN. Pick up at 4PM of same business day. Booking and shipping fee c/o buyer. This is valid from Mondays to Saturdays (except Sundays and Regular holidays).

Next-Day Pick Up: All orders received after 12 noon will be available for pick up the next business day at 4PM.

Item/s will be ALLOWED for pick-up.

Hold period (from date of notification) - 20 business days.

Flow:

1. Wait for notification regarding item is ready for pick-up.
2. Visit the warehous/Kidscompany's Head Office and inform the receptionist /staff of item Pick-up.
3. Show ID for verification.

Unpaid Items are NOT ALLOWED for pick-up.

Kindly settle total payable amount via existing payment options prior to pick-up and await notification.
