Important Usage & Care Information

Correct flange sizing is important for comfortable and effective milk expression. Select the appropriate flange or insert according to nipple measurements and begin with a comfortable suction setting. Pumping should not be painful.

Wash and sanitize all milk-contact components according to Momcozy's instructions before first use and after pumping. Keep the electronic motor and charging components dry and never submerge them in water.

The Momcozy App's milk-output tracking should also be understood correctly: the app can control and monitor the pump, but milk-volume records are based on manually entered output, rather than the pump automatically measuring the exact amount of milk collected.

For moms using two M5 Smart pumps, the app supports dual control. Both pumps can be adjusted together, or the left and right pumps can be controlled separately with different modes or suction levels.
