Certain number cards feature an Add-a-Rule icon. When one of these cards is played, the player creates a fun action that everyone must perform whenever that number appears again. Players might have to moo like a cow, stand up, touch their nose or perform another silly action. The last person to complete the action must draw one card. Up to five different house rules can be active at the same time, making each round increasingly funny, fast-paced and difficult to predict.

A special Wild Game Changer card allows a player to replace an existing house rule with a new one. Because the rules are created by the players, no two games have to be exactly the same. The result is a highly replayable twist that combines classic UNO strategy with memory challenges, quick reactions and plenty of group participation.

Players still race to be the first to discard every card in their hand by matching the top card by color, number or symbol. Traditional action cards—including Skip, Reverse, Draw Two, Wild and Wild Draw Four—add familiar strategic twists. Players must also remember to call out “UNO!” when they have only one card remaining or risk drawing two penalty cards if another player catches them first.
